  • Legal and commercial analysis of IT contracts
  • Support the IT Buyers with the procurement process, the contracts and supplier management.
  • Contract Risk Management
  • Monitoring procurement controls
  • Contract/supplier database management
  • Reinforcement and management of policies, processes and tools
  • Reports and metrics support
  • Invoicing management



Must to have:

  • University Degree at Law, Business Administration or related
  • Experience at contract and purchase management
  • Legal knowledge or high experience interacting with legal teams
  • Skills at Excel

Nice to have:

  • Tools: Atamis (Contracts Database), Dynamics (Invoicing) or similar
  • RFP & RFI or Quotes operation knowledge
  • IT knowledge and interaction with IT department
