The Internal Auditor will be responsible for running and leading end to end internal audits in alignment with the Internal Audit methodology.

He/she will identify and communicate issues raised, offering recommended solutions relevant to business and risk. He/she will ensure adherence to Internal Audit policies and procedures.

ROLE DESCRIPTION

• Assisting with the annual plan and the quarterly audit plan status report.
• Assisting with the delivery of end to end operational internal audits. This will include scoping, planning, testing and writing reports that enhance the Company’s success and control environment.
• Conduct wrap up meetings and inform leadership of audit findings.
• Build and maintain positive working relationships with members of the Senior Executive Team, co-workers and other employees using principles of good customer service.
• Actively participate in all staffing related activities and engaging in cross functional projects.

TECHNICAL DESCRIPTION

• Earned a bachelor's degree with specialization in a business-related field.
• Proven experience in the audit fields at least 3 years.
• Have a detailed understanding of risk and controls and be able to articulate this with non-internal audit professionals.

ENGLISH LEVEL

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including good presentation and report writing skills (Spanish / English). 
• Italian is nice to have.
