ROL DESCRIPTION


  • Assisting with the annual plan and the quarterly audit plan status report.
  • Assisting with the delivery of end to end operational internal audits. This will include scoping, planning, testing and writing reports that enhance the Company's success and control environment.
  • Conduct Quality Assurance reviews over the Internal Audit work performed.
  • Conduct wrap up meetings and inform leadership of audit findings.
  • Build and maintain positive working relationships with members of the Senior Executive Team, co-workers and other employees using principles of good customer service.
  • Actively participate in all staffing related activities and engaging in cross functional projects.



Requisitos

TECHNICAL SKILLS


  • Earned a bachelor's degree in with specialization in a business-related field.
  • Proven experience in the audit field at least 10 years.
  • Have a detailed understanding of risk and controls and be able to articulate this with non-internal audit professionals.
  • Attention to detail and analytical capacity.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to adhere to deadlines whilst maintaining a high degree of accuracy and quality, and ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Willingness to get the job done, diligently and result-oriented with an ability to undertake other reasonable tasks as required.
  • Is dedicated and strives to exceed expectations.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including good presentation and report writing skills (Spanish and English).
  • Insurance knowledge
  • Professional certifications (will be valuable)
